OUR PHILOSOPHY

Every Brandon Murphy garment is designed around you. The final fitting is an essential part of our

process, allowing us to refine every detail until the garment reflects our standards of precision,

comfort, and elegance. Minor refinements are an expected and important part of true custom

tailoring.

COMPLIMENTARY FIT ADJUSTMENTS (WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF FINAL FITTING)

Included with every custom Brandon Murphy garment:

• Jacket waist suppression

• Sleeve length adjustments

• Trouser hem

• Trouser waist

• Seat adjustments

• Leg taper

• Minor balance corrections

ADDITIONAL ALTERATIONS

Additional charges may apply for:

• Major silhouette changes

• Shoulder reconstruction

• Lapel replacements

• Pocket additions or removals

• Fabric replacement

• Alterations due to significant weight changes after production

ALTERATION PROCESS

1. First Fitting

Your garment is evaluated on your body and any refinements are pinned.

2. Tailoring

Our tailoring team completes all necessary adjustments.

3. Final Delivery

Your garment is pressed, inspected, and prepared for pickup or shipment.

Typical alteration turnaround: 7–14 days.

WEIGHT CHANGE POLICYOur garments are crafted using the measurements taken during your fitting. Significant changes in

body measurements before delivery may require additional alterations and may incur additional

charges.

OUTSIDE GARMENTS

Brandon Murphy alterations are reserved exclusively for garments produced by our studio. We do

not currently offer alterations on garments made by other brands.

GARMENT CARE

To preserve the life of your garment:

• Dry clean only when necessary

• Steam instead of pressing when possible

• Store jackets on broad wooden hangers

• Rotate garments between wears

• Brush wool garments regularly
